Terri Minzey of Keystone Heights, Florida

Terri is a PATH International Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor who specializes in making horse riding lessons safe and accessible for clients with wide ranges of abilities.

Born of Cherokee descent and raised in Dallas, Texas, Terri moved to Louisiana and became a certified instructor, leading classes at a PATH center in Greenwood, Louisiana. She recently relocated to North Central Florida to open her own PATH center and enjoys working with other organizations in the area that provide services to those with physical and cognitive challenges.

Terri holds herself to high standards as she provides exceptional care and consideration for each rider's needs. Her desire is to see each participant rise above their challenges through each carefully constructed lesson she plans and teaches.

She understands how a close connection to a horse brings healing, hope, and joy. With each riding lesson, she wants to see you smile, laugh, and feel strong and confident.

Charles Minzey of Keystone Heights, Florida

Charles (Chuck) Minzey's administrative support and animal behavioral management skills make him an invaluable asset to our team. He is currently the full-time office manager at Family Wellness Center but devotes his spare time to ensuring the success of Phoenix Equine Ranch.

He has experience in dog protection and canine obedience training and has trained many dogs in basic obedience at several Humane Society animal shelters, making those dogs much more likely to be adopted. Chuck also worked as a canine behavior specialist for Dade Marne Institute in Miami, Florida.

Randy Scott, D.O. of Fleming Island, FL

Randy Scott, D.O. is a board certified family medicine practitioner for Family Wellness Center. Prior to joining Family Wellness Center’s Green Cove Springs location, Dr. Scott was a provider at Family Medical Centers. 

He received his board certification in family medicine from the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He served as a United States Navy Physician and was on active duty from 2008-2010 before completing his medical residency in Miami.

Dr. Scott enjoys helping others and teaching. He is an active teacher of osteopathic medicine at various schools, including Lake Erie College, Larkin Community Hospital, and Nova Southeastern. Dr. Scott’s interests include running, playing tennis, traveling, watching football, and spending time with his daughter.
